Due to health and safety regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
1. Prescription Medications
For safety and legal reasons, prescription medications are non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been shipped. This complies with federal and state pharmacy regulations.
2. Non-Prescription Products
Unopened, sealed non-prescription products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping charges. Products must be in original packaging with intact seals.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification. Please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to cancel.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
MedStore is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the provided shipping address. Please ensure your delivery location is secure. For lost shipments during transit, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
7. Shipping Charges
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or defective item).
